Valerie DiBenedetto brings 30+ years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record in both commercial and residential markets.
She began her career in Southern California’s commercial real estate sector in 1990, working with powerhouse landlords such as The Irvine Company and Koll Companies. Among her early achievements was collaborating on The Irvine Spectrum, a 1.2 million square-foot landmark project. Over the years, Valerie has represented a diverse portfolio of clients, including international investors, Fortune 500 companies, and independent entrepreneurs, earning a reputation for her strategic vision and results-driven approach.
In 2019, Valerie transitioned to the Las Vegas Valley, quickly establishing herself in the residential market. She secured her Nevada real estate license and was honored as “Rookie of the Year” in her first year. Valerie’s residential expertise ranges from luxury estates to investment properties and first-time home purchases. Her experience as a board member for two prominent California residential developers gives her unique insight into the full life cycle of a property, from planning and development to sale.
Valerie specializes in Las Vegas luxury real estate, delivering a sophisticated, concierge-style experience defined by elevated marketing, strategic negotiation, and exceptional client services.
Outside of real estate, Valerie is a classically trained Italian chef with a culinary degree from Florence, Italy. She previously owned and operated her own fine dining Italian restaurant in California, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence.
She lives in Henderson, Nevada, with her husband and is the proud mother of a daughter who resides in North Carolina.
